Shari Sears served her country in the U.S. Army; now she serves the heart. A retired veteran, author, and inspirational speaker, Shari is passionate about encouraging people to live with courage, wisdom, and hope—no matter their season.
Shari writes with honesty born of experience and speaks with warmth shaped by service, leadership, and faith.
Shari hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction. With a heart for teaching and a gift for uplifting, she uses both her military background and academic training to connect deeply with her audience-whether in writing or from the stage. Her work reflects a commitment to growth, wisdom, and faith.
Her faith in God serves as the cornerstone of her life, guiding her in her mission to inspire and bring joy to those around her. She firmly believes in the power of kindness, embracing the principle: “It is nice to be nice because you never know when it may be your turn.”
Her dedication to making a difference is reflected in her literary accomplishments, having authored five books been featured on the cover of Black Diamond and Success 2 Success Magazines and is presently a contributor writer for a couple of magazines. Recognized for her impact, she has received the Phenomenal Woman 2025 Award and the Black Diamond Author 2025 Award for her contributions to the community and her role as a motivational speaker.
